If your order is not quite what you expected (wrong size, etc.) please send it back to us within 14 days(unused, of course) to arrange return ,refund or replacement phone Heather on 0272748649 

The cost of the freight getting it back to us is yours. We will send you a replacement freight-free.


We take pride in our locally made garments and are known for our superb quality. We are sure they will live up to your expectation. If for some reason they do not, we will put it right at no cost to you.

Custom Colours

We can custom make to order for you. If you would like to double check on the colours, as computer monitor colours can vary, don't hesitate to ask us to send you an actual fabric swatch.

Please allow 10 days for delivery of special orders, but if you require it sooner, just ask as we will always check with the workroom as sometimes they can fit an extra job in.

Payment Details

You can pay by Visa or MasterCard  by  Shopify the only practical payment method for ordering from us over the web. We use a secure server  to safeguard your payment details. If you wish to pay by  Direct transfer to our  company bank account  Snoclothes(1986) Ltd 06 0817 0061350 00 

All prices are in New Zealand dollars, and include GST at 15%. Your purchase appears on the credit card in your local currency, converted at the current exchange rate by your bank. You may have to pay local taxes or duties when the package arrives.

Privacy Policy

Your name, address and contact details are only used to send out  any orders you may place. We do not sell, barter or give away your contact details to any other organisation.
